If you live in Texas, you can choose to start your service up to 90 days out from when you sign up due to local regulations. Outside of Texas, your switch usually takes anywhere from 1-2 billing cycles after you sign-up and you cannot choose an exact date. If you are currently under contract with another electricity provider, we recommend contacting them to confirm the best time to switch and avoid any early cancellation fees.
